What does it consist of?
Designing effective climate strategies requires integrating technical evidence, forward-looking analysis, and a long-term strategic vision. Countries need to define clear goals, prioritize actions, and align their climate commitments with their sustainable development objectives, taking into account their institutional capacities, sectoral contexts, and economic constraints.
