The firm's technical leadership, headed by Juan José Rincón, brings more than two decades of international experience in mitigation and MRV systems and transparency, specializing in the agriculture and land use (LULUCF) sectors.
The director combines a strong scientific foundation with a results-oriented strategic vision. She is the lead reviewer for the UNFCCC for the review of BTRs and GHG inventories of Annex I countries. She has also led multidisciplinary teams and coordinated institutional processes for the design, implementation, and reporting of national climate strategies, including BTRs, NDCs, LD-LTSs, BURs, and NCs. This track record underpins the technical rigor, institutional cooperation, and credibility that characterize every Climate Change Atelier project.
